REGULAR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Our Junior classes are suitable for ages 7 and over and cost £13 if you pay for each class individually, or less if you buy credit bundles.  Our adult classes are suitable for ages 18 and over, and range in price from £10 to £19 PAYG, depending on the length of the class (e.g., a 60-minute class costs £10). Credit Bundles are available to help you save up to 15% or more if you are a Blue Light Card holder.  There are classes for every body, no matter what your age or fitness level is.  The classes we offer are fun and inclusive wherever you are on your journey. 

Classes are released for booking on 10th of the month for the following month.  We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours or more before the class start time to receive a full refund, refunds will not be issued for late cancellations.  All courses and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Junior Classes

Intro to Pole

Our Intro to Pole Courses are the best way to find out the fundamentals of Pole.  You will learn the tricks and transitions on both static and spinning pole, as well as experiencing fitness style sessions and choreo based 'flow'.  Throughout the course you will meet different instructors so that you can work out whose teaching style suits you best.

4 x 60 minute sessions cost £12 each, or £40 when you book the full course.

Heels Flow

Learn an entire choreo every week in a 75 minute session full of sass.  All levels welcome, but you must have attended at least 4 pole classes

Join Clara to work through tricks and transitions before putting them into a choreographed routine. 

We also run regular Intermediate Pole Flow sessions where heels are optional.

PoCha

Intertwine Pole tricks and Chair acro, in this exciting session. You will learn a few moves and then we will add these together into a combo with music.

Flying Pole

Working with a suspended pole creates a different dynamic to a fixed pole. we will learn techniques to control the spin as well as exploring moves and adapting them where required.

Participants must be competent in basic and side climb. and have a love of spin!

Pole Fabrics

Join us for an exciting fusion of Pole and Aerial Hammock, and Pole and Aerial Silks. Using fabric rigged to the pole allows us to move in new ways on the pole. We can use the hammock or silks to help us prepare for new movements on the pole, as well as using it to adapt or create poses and transitions that would not otherwise be accessible.

Pole Straps

The combination of Pole & Straps not only gives us new challenges but also allows us to explore shapes that may have been inaccessible to us before.  We can adapt moves from both disciplines to create exciting poses and transitions.

Cloud

Occasional Workshop - see the Events & Workshops section of our site for details of upcoming sessions

Cloud swing combines static and swinging trapeze skills, including lifts, drops and holds.  This workshop is suitable for all levels

Aerial Classes

Aerial Hammock is also known as sling and cocoon.  You can create beautiful shapes and transitions, while being supported by the fabric.  Suitable for all fitness levels

Intro to Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Lyra (otherwise known as Aerial Hoop) sessions are diverse, dynamic, fun, and highly rewarding. There are such a wide variety of Aerial Hoop moves that can be learned and performed including choreographed moves, poses and transitions. Thanks to the versatility of our rigging system this session is accessible for all fitness levels. These sessions will cover the fundamental principles to give you the best start to your lyra journey!

4 x 90 minute sessions cost £12 each, or £60 when you book the full course.

Beginner Lyra

Sunday 6.30pm

Suitable for complete beginners, in this class you will learn how to safely and competently get in and out of the hoop and perform all sorts of amazing beginner tricks and transitions.

Each session we cover a range of conditioning exercise before moving on to holds, twists, rolls and manoevres which can be adapted as necessary so class is accessible for all levels

Trapeze

 Trapeze is a great introduction to the world of aerial arts. One of the oldest circus apparatuses, it gives you a solid foundation for many other disciplines.  This class is suitable for all levels.

Aerial Yoga

Monday 6pm

Suitable for all levels, aerial yoga is a fun and effective way to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Using both the ground and the support of a suspended sling, the inversion postures can create traction helping to decompress the spine as well as building strength in the back and supporting muscles

Join Kathleen for yet another fantastic choreo class, this time in stilettos or in socks if you prefer. If you are wearing heels please make sure they are comfortable and your ankle is supported. In this class you will learn a modern expressive dance routine where you can choose to make it sexy or contemporary, however your style takes you!

Tease

This workshop is for those of you that want to explore the world of Burlesque at its rawest. You will learn to tease and tantilise and reveal confidence in yourselves you didnt even know you had!  You will learn a routine crafted to enhance your natural sexiness alongside revealing layers of clothing throughout the choreography. Please note we only strip to pole clothes. Suitable for all

Our studios are available for students to train the content they have learned in class throughout the week.  Sessions cost 2 credits, or £7 per hour PAYG and must be booked in advance.  Aerial students must be signed off before booking to attend open training.  Please speak to your instructor about sign off requirements.
